The Lille midfielder was reportedly subject of a bid from Newcastle United during the January transfer window
Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in signing Lille midfielder Boubakary Soumare.
The 20-year-old has been dubbed the new Paul Pogba and has been subject of interest from Manchester City and Newcastle United in the past.
Boubakary Soumare is reportedly wanted by Spurs
Soumare came through the ranks at Paris Saint-Germain before leaving for Lille in the summer of 2017.
He has made 11 appearances in Ligue 1 this season but all of those have come from the bench.
